You need to start an application and call from it. A small obstacle in my view. I compared the prices to Rebtel and the rates from Rebtel was somewhat lower for the calls I used for comparison. The good thing are the free WiFi to WiFi calls that Vopium offer. In the end it is all about taste and the specific calls you are going to do! It seems to be good enough.
